• How can I book an appointment?

    You can book online through our Book Now tab, by calling the salon, or by visiting us in person.Walk-ins are welcome when available, though advance bookings are recommended.

  • Do I need a consultation before booking?

    Consultations are highly recommended for hair colour and advanced treatment services so we can evaluate hair condition and ensure the best results.

  • Do you require a deposit to secure an appointment?

    A 10%–20% deposit may be required depending on the service duration and value. Deposits are applied toward your final bill. Appointments under $100 do not require a deposit unless there has been a prior cancellation or no-show. After one cancellation or no-show, all future appointments will require a card on file or a 10%–20% deposit.

  • What happens if I need to cancel or miss my appointment?

    Appointments under $100 require 24 hours notice. Appointments over $100 require 12 hours notice. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a $25 service charge which must be paid before future bookings.

  • Can I walk in without an appointment?

    Yes. Walk-ins are welcome when stylist availability allows. Weekends and peak periods fill up quickly, so pre-booking is advised.

  • Do you offer services for all genders?

    Yes. TVAM Salon | Barber | Spa is a unisex environment welcoming everyone. All services are tailored to each individual's personal style and comfort.

  • Do you offer services other than hair?

    Yes. We offer nail services, eyebrow shaping and grooming, and waxing services.

  • Are prices the same for everyone?

    For services marked with '+', pricing may vary based on hair length, density, colour selection, and condition of the hair. Final pricing is confirmed before service begins.

  • What if I book the wrong hair length or service online?

    If your booking does not accurately reflect your hair length, density, or needs, adjustments may be made on site. This may affect timing and final price

  • Do you provide gift cards or package options?

    Yes. We offer digital gift cards as well as curated service packages featuring our most-requested treatments.

  • What products do you use?

    We use professional-grade salon products chosen for performance and compatibility with a variety of hair and skin types.

  • Do you offer colour correction or advanced treatments?

    Yes. This includes colour correction, scalp analysis and treatment services, and restorative strengthening therapies. A consultation ensures proper timing and expectations.

  • What is the Client Intake Form and why is it important?

    The form assists with understanding hair history, allergies, previous chemical services, and scalp considerations. Clients are responsible for ensuring accuracy so we can provide the safest and most effective results.
