1. General

All services provided by TVAM Salon | Barber | Spa (TVAM), including hair, grooming, spa, and retail product sales, are subject to these Terms & Conditions, together with any additional policies published by us.

2. Appointment Booking, Deposits & Cancellation

Appointments may be booked online, by phone, or in person. For appointments over CAD $100, a 10%–20% deposit may be required to confirm. Appointments under CAD $100 do not require a deposit unless a prior cancellation or no show has occurred. After one cancellation or no show,all future appointments may require a card on file or a deposit. Appointments under $100 require 24 hours notice, while appointments over $100 require 12 hours notice. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a CAD $25 service fee.

3. Product Purchases & Payments

Payments must be made in CAD. Online purchases are subject to stock availability and may involve shipping charges. Refunds, returns, and exchanges follow our store policies.

4. Liability Limitation & Waiver

TVAM is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services or products within the past 12 months. Accurate disclosure on intake forms is the client's responsibility.

5. Service Satisfaction & Intake Forms

Clients are responsible for ensuring all details submitted via intake forms are true and complete.TVAM reserves the right to adjust or decline services based on condition or risk. Incorrectly booked services may require modifications that affect price and timing.

6. Intellectual Property & Website Use

Content on our website is owned by TVAM or licensed to us. Users may not copy, alter, or distribute content without permission. We are not responsible for third-party website links.

7. E-Commerce & Online Store Terms

Online store purchases remain property of TVAM until full payment is received. TVAM reserves the right to update product offerings, pricing, and shipping options at any time. Returns and exchanges follow our Refund & Return Policy.

8. Privacy & Data

Client information is collected and stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By booking services or making purchases, you consent to the handling of your information as described in that policy.

9. Changes to Terms

TVAM may modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted online and effective from the posting date.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Ontario and Canada. Clients agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of Ontario courts.
